The load limiter system of hydraulic cranes has an ease handling that simplifies the tasks of operating the crane for the operator, who can see at all times the lifted load and the maximum load which can be lifted.
By means of a bar graph, shown in various colours, the load moment of the crane, which varies according to the weight on the lifting piece (hook). Once the maximum load is attained, the equipment emits an acoustic beep which warns the operator and emits a shut off signal in order to shut down the crane movements.
The cabin display shows the operator the following parameters:
- Actual load.
- Maximum load.
- Boom radius.
- Current program.
- Colour bar graph with load moment.
